TERM TWO 2024: 9-WEEK SCHOOL RUNNING

When: Tuesday and Thursday mornings 7:15am – 8:15am

Where: Grange Thistle Football Fields, Prince St, Grange - Grange Thistle Soccer Club - Home

Meeting point: Behind the Grange Bowls Club on the small grass area

Years: 1 through to 6 (must be a student of Wilston State School and be 6 years of age or older)

Start date: Tuesday 16 April

End date: Thursday 20 June

*NO SESSIONS ON THURSDAY 25 APRIL (ANZAC DAY) and TUESDAY 4 JUNE

Cost ($13 per session or $20 per week for two sessions)

**Limited spots are available in each session and both days fill up quickly.

REGISTRATION CONDITIONS

• Your child(ren) must be registered online by Thursday 11 April (please note that sessions are capped).

• Each child must be individually signed in by the parent or guardian that is dropping them at the session AND indicate on the sign on sheet who their child will be leaving with.

• Children can walk to school if they are in years 5 or 6 and parental consent has been granted. This must be indicated on the sign on sheet when they are dropped off.

• Please do not send your child(ren) to training sessions if feeling unwell. If there is any sign of sickness you will be contacted to come and collect them from the office. We ask that you please keep your child home when in doubt.

• Children are asked to exercise respectful behaviour with both the coaches and their fellow participants. If behaviour is not reflective of this, they will be asked to sit out of the session. If warranted, parents will be contacted.

• In the case of wet weather, sessions will be cancelled via text and the FB group by 6:30am the morning of training. We encourage you all to join the FB group if you have not already: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1513759308799827.

• Children of all abilities are most welcome and we simply encourage each child to work to their own ability, HOWEVER, we are not a babysitting service, so please do not register your child if the intention is not for them to fully participate in our sessions.
